Dignity Health Management Services serves predominately physicians located throughout California and Arizona who provide clinical services to nearly 350,000 patients. Each provider in our network prides themselves on administering excellent and affordable care.
Dignity Health Medical Network – Central California (DHMN-CC)
Formerly GEMCare has over 150 primary care physicians and more than 300 specialists it services members in Bakersfield, CA and the outlying communities of Delano, Lake Isabella, Taft and Tehachapi. Membership has grown from 50 members in November of 1992 to over 40,000 members today.
Independence Medical Group / Dignity Health Medical Network – Central California
In July of 2019 Independence Medical Group (IMG) serving Kern and Tulare counties transitioned and is now part of Dignity Health Medical Network – Central California. The IMG/DHMN-CC network offers more than 800 primary care physicians and specialists with deep experience in both rural and urban communities. They currently support over 130,000 members.
Dignity Health Medical Network – Inland Empire (DHMN-IE)
DHMN – IE is made up of nearly 200 providers who deliver excellent care to diverse communities throughout the Inland Empire area.
Dignity Health Medical Network – Santa Cruz (DHMN-SC)
Offering hundreds of local physicians, over 40 specialties, and 100 locations located throughout Santa Cruz County. Dignity Health Medical Network – Santa Cruz providers share their patients’ commitment to living a healthy lifestyle in order to achieve a strong body and mind.
Dignity Health Medical Network – Ventura (DHMN-VC)
DHMN Ventura previously known as Valley Care IPA, brings a large network of more than 400 primary care physicians and specialists who support more than 15,000 members. Comprised of physicians who have cared for members of our community for many years and have joined together to better serve the needs of area residents. Our physicians are dedicated to providing health care of the highest quality, delivered with care and
compassion.
LA Market
Dignity Health LA Market is comprised of acute care hospitals and medical groups that accepts financial responsibility as the primary payor for institutional and ancillary services.
The population consists of over 145,000 Medicare and Medi-Cal lives.
Clinically Integrated (CI) Networks
Hospitals, physicians and other medical providers working together to improve the quality of healthcare often referred to as “Clinically Integrated (CI) Networks.” This team-based approach helps health providers communicate and collaborate on patient care. Southern California Integrated Care Network (SCICN) and are such CI Networks.
QualCare
QualCare is a Medicare Advantage IPA offering 300 Primary Care and Specialty Providers.
